Explore our holiday themed indoor selfie photo and "Eye-Spy" experience. This family friendly, interactive event is going to bring a smile to your face as you walk through this whimsical fairytale setting that will delight both young and old. Reserved event tickets are recommended, but walk-ins are welcome! When you're done, post your favorite selfie using hashtag #PhotoFrenzySF for a chance to win a prize and bragging rights! And keep a look out for the PhotoFrenzy: Spring Edition!

Current Event Hours:
Wed & Thu: 4-7pm
Friday: 4-8pm
Saturday: 10am-8pm
Sunday: 1-6pm
Extended Holiday Hours start Saturday December 20th

Christmas Eve: (3pm Early Close)

How much does it cost?
General Admission is $11/per adult at the Door ($10 Cash Sale)
(Children 16 and under are free with adult ticket)

What Do I Need To Bring?
Just your cell phone or camera :)
Can We Bring Pets?
No. To ensure the safety of all guests, we may not be able to accommodate your furry friends during normal hours of operation. However, we can offer a private session if you want to take a portrait with your fur baby.

How Long Will This Event Take?
General Admission Days, you will have up to (1) hour to enjoy the space to take your "Selfies" and do the basic Scavenger Hunt. If you want more fun, opt for the "PhotoFrenzy Challenge"! If your group successfully completes the challenge, kids will be given a prize and the group entered to win the Current Edition Grand Prize!!
What Are Some Themes?
Themes will vary based on season to capture the spirit. However, there will be multiple selfie photo opts throughout the setting, and a minimum of (1) formal setting to take portraits.
Is There A Professional Photographer Included?
No. However, you can reserve our space for a private photo session and bring in your own photographer.
Can I Rent The Space?
Yes! The Event Room would be more than happy to schedule a private event for your group, just give us a call and we can discuss your needs!
I'm Bringing Someone Who Is Elderly, Will They Be Able To Participate?
Yes, seating is available if anybody wants to take a break.
How Many People In A Group?
Up to 10 people is recommended. For groups over 10 we recommend renting a private session.
Do We Have To Reserve A Ticket?
Nope! Walk-ins are welcome, however reserving a ticket allows you to skip the wait line on General Admission days.
Is This Open To The Public?
Yes!
Can I Drop My Child Off?
No. All children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. We have a direct line to Santa and misbehaving children could possibly be put on the "naughty list" when he makes an appearance at the annual PhotoFrenzy: Winter Edition!
What Are the Story Lori Make and Take Crafts?
Story Lori has been an educator with the Sioux Falls School District for 15+ years, and has selected short stories and crafts which are age appropriate for preschool aged children. (Only available with private events, unless otherwise noted)
What Do I Wear?
Wear whatever is comfortable and have fun! However, the PhotoFrenzy does offer several photo settings that are perfect for individual or formal family portraits.
Are There Changing Tables?
No unfortunately there is not.
What Is The Selfie Contest?
Post your favorite selfie from the event with the hashtag #photofrenzy for the possibility to win Fan Favorite.
Do you offer Private Events?
Yes! You can reserve the entire space for a minimum of (3) hours to host a private party! Perfect for Birthdays, Bridal & Baby Showers, Luncheons or any other small gathering with seating up to 20.

Do You Offer A Military or Senior Discount?
No. However just show your military or first responder ID at the door and we will provide you a $1 donation ticket to put in our featured charity of the week.
